With the addition of our full time office administrator - and our newest buyers agent that will represent a majority of our clientele in Ventura County, we have found that Connor (me) needed to have some more private time so the marketing could take grasp as it was in the past. That laser focused concentration so we can best provide our Relational Real Estate business model with our clients.

With my (old) office, we are going to turn that into a waiting room for our clients. It is a blessing that we are in need of a waiting room, but it is great that we have this opportunity to get one. We have an offer coming in...
So, here is something fun, almost every-time I call an agent to inquire about a property that I am checking availability on, it is told to me that they have an offer coming in and I should hurry.
A couple of days goes by and my buyers are now going to write an offer. I call the agent on the same property and they tell me that I better hurry, there is an offer coming in.
Ok, now lets stop me before I go on and on. Here is my way. Unless I have an offer in hand, it is not an offer. I care not what some voice over the phone told me. Sometimes, those that choose us to represent them, want to think about it. I do not want to muddy the water by telling them about a so called "offer" on its way on the same property. I want them to consider the home they want to buy with a uncluttered mind. So their focus is clear.
Lets be honest, it happens to be the single most expensive investment that they will probably make...
